Cancellation Policy

I have adopted the following cancellation policy:

First Cancellation

The first time a client cancels a session, at any time and for any reason, they will be able to reschedule it to another time I am available.

Subsequent Cancellations

For all cancellations after the first one:

  • If the cancellation was made within 24 hours of the session, the client will be charged the full amount and the session will not be rescheduled.
  • If the cancellation was made more than 24 hours before the session then it can be rescheduled to another time I am available.

Refunds

I generally do not provide refunds for lessons that have been scheduled. However, If you would like to request a refund for a specific reason, other than a scheduling issue, please contact me at craigfbrown@gmail.com.
